Purpose: Love
Ample Life exists to spread love, beginning with our participants we have the privilege of supporting. We want our work to bring more happiness, hope and love into the lives of our participants and their families, our care team members and everyone we work alongside.
Love also sets the standard. It carries responsibility. It requires integrity and an uncompromising commitment to the quality of our support. Love calls us to be patient and kind, especially when it is hardest, and to protect the safety, dignity and freedom of the people we support.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live life to the fullest and we want to help our participants achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. We seek to achieve this through our team of experienced, compassionate and culturally aligned carers within our beautiful homes that our participants love to call home.

We aim for perfection. Even when we deliver our supports perfectly, life can still be difficult for the people we support. . That is why we set ourselves a demanding standard. We know we will not always reach it, but it is our responsibility to keep trying.
